[Evolution] No Folder Displayed...

When I open Evolution 0.10.99 it says "No Folder Displayed". It used to
open a folder. This is very disturbing since it looks like the mail
program crashed. How do I get it to open the a default folder - like my
default imap inbox or the My Evolution folder or perhaps the last folder
I had open?
