[Evolution] Compile error from today's CVS -- e-db3-utils.c:19: #error Including wrong DB3. Need libdb 3.1.17. Yet, I built and installed db 3.1.17 from source!

I have been building the CVS tree for a while now with db 3.1.17
built and installed from source.  This is the first time since
then that I have gotten an error saying that I don't have 3.1.17.
What gives?
