[Evolution] cannot compose message

Hello,

I now have the snapshot 2001012808 and can't compose or forward any
message - standard-moniker crashes with SIGSEGV. The same problem persist
from previous versions although it worked with the preview version 0.8.
I assume it's not a general problem - what could cause this behaviour?

I also noticed that ISO 8859-2 letters are not displayed - again, it
worked in the last preview version.
