[Evolution] OAF tests fail - any ideas?

  I haven't got as far as compiling evo. under sparc solaris 2.6 yet as I can't get oaf-0.6.1 to work 
properly yet, and I'm *really* banging my head against a brick wall!

  All compiles up OK, and I've got all the prerequisite libraies compiled, checked & installed.


  Doing 'make check' (may be 'test') in test/, .libs/oaf-test-client dies several times over with:

** CRITICAL **: file oaf-activate.c: line 195 (oaf_activate): assertion `ac' failed.


  I've added some debug, and turned on OAF_DEBUG, and the thing that seems to be going 'wrong' repeatedly 
comes down to this strace output:
