[Evolution] Add/Create LDAP entries

When adding or creating a new Contact these are the fields that get fillled out correctly:

Under General:
Full Name
Job Title
Company
File As
Mobile
Primary Email (thanks toshok for the quick fix for this)
Under Details:
Department
Manager's Name

All the other fields currently do not save with both todays anoncvs version and snapshot. I know LDAP support has been slow, so take this with a grain of salt. Great work so far tho.
