Ahh...thanks, Jeff.  For what it is worth, PGP 6.5.x is command line
compatable to PGP 2.x, so I just added the lines:


    [PGP]
    type=1
    path=/usr/bin/pgp


And it all works.  Thanks!  Now I can read all my email from evolution!
