[Evolution] BCC author automatically

This feature request is much like the "automatically save to
sent-messages folder" type feature, except that the copy gets sent
through the mail system. This has 2 benefits:

1. In a thread, your emails and others' emails both come through the
same door and get filtered in the same way. There should be no need to
single out your own emails and handle them differently if they are all
part of the same thread.

2. If you maintain duplicate inboxes (eg. one at work and one at home),
where incoming mail is forked and sent to both, then your outgoing email
will also appear in both, and will be incorporated into your threads (as
described in point (1) above).

Note that mailing lists handle this automatically, but when you are
having a discussion outside of a mailing list, you need your email
client to help.

This feature is basically the same as the BCC author feature in
netscape.
