C'mon people, try to product before you start on how to fix Outlook.  A
number of thses are addressed in the current versions of Evolution.  I
don't want to be nasty and drive people away, but Evolution already has
a pretty slick editing for sending HTML email, and there are requests on
the books for it to support templates and such.  I won't go into any
more detail, but play around with it, and peek at bugzilla to see if any
of this stuff is already implemented and/or planned.
