[Evolution] Default Mail Handler

I don't know if this is thw right place to ask this, but how can I make
evolution the default mail handler.
What I mean is that I want an evolution compose window to apper every
time I click on a mailto: link on a GNOME app (i.e Galeon). 
I think maybe it has to be done in the mime types capplet
