[Evolution] PGP List

Ok, so far the following have added their names to the PGP list.

John McClenning, Jeff Soule, Hugu Farinha, lehi, Alan, and Mario Vukelic.

The list is now closed. Those on the list will receive versions of
evolution with PGP support, everyone else will have to do without.

We are now taking requests from those who want their version of evolution
to be able to import mail directly from outlook!
