[Evolution] Can't initialize shell ?!

I've installed all the required libs, and I'm wondering what situation would indicate a msgbox indicating
that Evolution cannot instance its shell?

If I can understand this dependency, then I can trace out my probs.

If it matters, I'm running RH7.  I've seen some issues with this distro from other vendors.
