[Evolution] Evolution compilation problem

I'm tryingto compile Evolution, but I have a problem compiling one of
the libraries that it needs.  GConf complains about an undefined
reference to libiconv_open, libiconv_close and libiconv.  I would be
grateful if someone has a solution to this problem.
