It works for me (Spanish) since preview 7 with Debian 2.2. Be sure to
do:

- define properly in /etc/environment LANG and LANGUAGES
- if you are using gdm, select your language (default setting defines
LANG=C)
- do "killev" ands "oaf-slay" previously to any try
