[Evolution] removing all columns makes it impossible to add new columns

I was playing around with adding and removing columns in the task list,
and found that removing all of the columns made it so that you could no
longer add columns.  The same is true for folders, and vfolders as well.

I filed a bug report on the task list, and will do so for the folders
and vfolders as well.
