Does that mean after I have created a dozen accounts, and then go back
and change the default, those dozen accouonts will then track the new
SMTP server in the default?

Anyway, what would be nice is the drop-down box you talk about, so that
you can select a previously entered SMTP server.

...or a default SMTP server which Evolution would use if the
per-account server field was left blank.
