When I try to install the evolution-snapshots through APT, the gtkhtml
package and the libgtkhtml7 packages try to overwrite each other's
files, though libgtkhtml7 depends upon gtkhtml. of course, since
evolution depends upon both of these packages, I am unable to install
the latest cvs snapshot. I can, of course use the snapshot that has
been placed in the SID tree, but it tends to crash about 50% of the time
when I try to Expunge a folder.
gtkhtml is part of the main SID tree, while libgtkhtml7 comes from the
evolution-snapshots apt-source. Is there a gtkhtml provided by ximian?
am i just doing something wrong? any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Joe
