[Evolution] source filters

Hello,
   I downloaded the Feb 14th snapshot of Evolution and I tried to set up
source filters but I'm having problems.  When I go to add a source filter
the drop-down box is unpopulated.  When I add a URL in there, hit OK, and
select EDIT to check out the filter it shows nothing in the URL box.  I saw
in the ChangeLog that it  had been removed and then replaced.  Are
they functional again?
