Hi,

I'm running evolution on SuSE 6.4 and 7.0 since about half a year. In
the beginning I compiled it (like all other gnome stuff I needed) from
tar.gz's, but in the case of evolution I compiling out of cvs since
perhaps two months. I'm using stuff from cvs from bonobo, evolution,
gal, gconf, gtkhtml and gdk-pixbuf. The rest is from tar.gz's from ftp
servers.
I'm having the normal problems with evolution, it crashes some times a
day. I'm getting 100-200 mails a day and send about 20 mails a day.
If you bild evolution from cvs, it's a good idea, to save the old gnome
directory with the (more or less) working installation and save your
~/evolution directory, so you can test a little bit and switch back, if
the new problems are more than less.

Regards,
Heinz-Josef
