[Evolution] Bug reports not being updated?

I think I found a bug when moving mails to folders but I noticed that
there are over 300 bug reports on the bug tracking site. Should I report
the problem here also? It looks like no one is looking at the bug list
and weeding them out (some were from release 0.5!).
