[Evolution] Evolution and French Letters

Hi,

I use evolution for my mail client.
I have a problem with some mails. As I'm French, I receive some French
mails with letters that are not displayed by evolution (And If there is
a letter such as \'e (Tex style), it doesn't display the whole line).

Is it a bug, or do I have to change some parameters ?
