[Evolution] Starting Evo connects to all servers

When Evolution is started it tries to connect to every server
specified.  This is fine but my boss has four IMAP servers, and two of
those are on the other side of a dial-up line.  When he opens Evolution
to read mail locally, Evo takes about a minute to initialize as it
brings up the line and contacts the servers, even though he only access
the local server.

I can see two alternative solutions:
1) no server is touched until the user actually selects it
2) in the mail source configuration, it should be possible to select an
option so that this server is ignored when initially opening
connections.  Get Mail should then only check the servers which have
active connections already, so a server with this option set will not be
opened by get mail unless it has been opened by the user already.
