[Evolution] change of roles

I just wanted to let everyone know that as of today, I'm no longer the
default bugzilla contact for everything Evo related. Israel ximian com
will be handling evo bugs now; I'll be overseeing israel and moving
mainly to gnome bugzilla work once I return from my vacation.
evolution-qa@ and evolution-triage@ point to both israel and I but he'll
be the main point of contact for each of those lists.

It's been a real pleasure working with Evolution and watching it grow
from a featureful but slightly shaky product into the best mailer on the
planet. And it's been a lot of fun working with our users and
developers; both sides have shown a lot of dedication and patience with
me and with the bugzilla, and that's made evo a much better product (I
hope!)
