Well, like in teh filters list, if I select a filter, then press the up
button it moves up in the list untill (after several pushes) it gets to
the top.

In teh vFolder window (which is identical bar the in and out selector)
this is not happening, its just sort of moving things at random after
the first clcik.  (evo relase v1.0
