[Evolution] Date format

Is there a way I can tell evo to use a particular type of date format
for all incoming email? right now it shows "Dec 11 9:32 AM" I would like
this format for all emails but I am not getting them all this way some
are and some are not some show "Today 10:45 AM" and still others show
just the time such as "9:37 PM"

If this has been asked and answered a simple "Hey stupid go here and
read!" would work as well.  :)
