[Evolution] AM/PM vs. 24 h.

How do I change the time format for the Sent column in the Message-list
view from AM/PM to 24 h format?

After all the 24 h format is commonly used in the rest of the world, it
is just in US where you insist on this ancient way to tell the time. ;-)
