[Evolution] Where to find Gtkhiml 12

Hi,
I was trying to build evolution from cvs last night and when I rean make
it got all the way down to where it checks for gtkhtml. It saw that I
had version 11.99 but said it needed version 12. I looked all around
(snapshot ftp, cvs, and gnome ftp) but all I get is snapshot 11.99. Is
version 12 out yet? No biggy if it isn't yet since evolution is working
find.
