[Evolution] evo to outlook vs outlook to evo

okay so no evo can send appointments to a persons outlook but when i
have someone send me either a meeting request or an appointment from
outlook it always comes in looking like:

   When: Thursday, August 16, 2001 11:30 AM-12:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern
   Time (US & Canada).
   Where: ~Conf Room 9900, Meeting

   *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

   can you put this in Evo?

anyone know why this is?
