[Evolution] dssl-stysheets for gtk-doc

In trying to compile Evo, it claims that I need gtk-doc in order to make the developer's documentation.
I have downloaded gtk-doc, but rpm complains that it depends on dsssl-stylesheets, which I cannot find.
Does anyone know of the location of an .rpm for dsssl-stylesheets ?
