[Evolution] howto handle news-server

Hi,

is there any way to read news in evolution from news-server?
Does the "Manage Subscriptions" have to do something with this task?
There is currently only an empty and so far useless dialog for me...
And how can I add my news-servers, e.g. news.tu-darmstadt.de and
others???
