[Evolution] How to setup Evo as default mail handler

I would like to set up Evolution to be my default mail handler when
using applications like Galeon. I know I have to add the binding in the
GNOME Control center but what would be the proper format for such as
thing ?

I tried this

evolution-mail "%s" 

but that doesn't seem to do anything. I tried executing from the command
line also 

evolution-mail "mailto:test test com" 

or

evolution-mail "test test com"

but doesn't pop up any Compose Windows. 

Is this possible ?
