[Evolution] Past Alarms

howdy,
i've noticed that if an alarm is set to go off at 12:30, and i don't have
evolution running, but start it at 12:40, the alarm does not go off, and the
appointments time is rounded up to 1:00. is there a way to configure that
any past alarms for that day will go off when evolution is started?
