[Evolution] "Hide Deleted Message" toggles itself...

Have other people noticed that "Hide deleted messages" sometimes toggles
itself off?  I've had this happen a couple of times to me in the past
couple of days, both on the snapshots and on a compile from CVS head.
I've filed a bug about it against Evolution/Mailer, but I'm looking for
anybody who knows how to make this happen consistenly, or has figured
out a rhyme or reason to it's happening.
