[Evolution] Composer & Evolution Ideas

Hi, some ideas:

Composer
- when you're moving through the text it would be quicker if you could
Shift+Control+Right OR Left to select entire words (I don't know if this
is GTK or Gnome or Evolution related).

Evolution
- when you click on a Folder Properties it defaults to mbox always. This
can cause a previously maildir folder to convert unadvertently.
