[Evolution] Notes on outgoing mail

Per account settings for sending mail (identity, smtp server, signature)
are all groovy except that signatures seem to be attached according to
the default account, not by account currently selected, even though the
user is able to configure signature files on a per account basis.

Is there any other useful information I might be able to provide to help
fix the "Old-imap-servers-don't-allowing-saving-attachments-correctly"
issue I've been seeing?
