hi, i try to compile evolution 0.5.1.
i downloaded and compiled all src tgz from helixcode
following problem on compiling gtkhtml-0.6.1
gcc -g -O2 -Wall -Wunused -dynamic -o .libs/html-editor-control
HTMLEditor-common.o HTMLEditor-skels.o HTMLEditor-stubs.o body.o
control-data.o dialog.o editor-control-factory.o gtk-combo-box.o image.o
link.o main.o menubar.o paragraph.o persist-file-impl.o
persist-stream-impl.o popup.o properties.o replace.o rule.o search.o
spell.o text.o toolbar.o utils.o ../../src/.libs/libgtkhtml.so -rdynamic
-L/opt/gnome/lib -L/usr/lib -L/usr/X11R6/lib -L/usr/local/lib -lbonobo
-lgdk_pixbuf -ltiff -ljpeg -lpng -lgnomeprint -lgnomeui -lart_lgpl
-lgdk_imlib -lSM -lICE -lgtk -lgdk -lgmodule -lXi -lXext -lX11 -lgnome
-lgnomesupport -lesd -laudiofile -ldb1 -ldl -lxml -lz -loaf
-lORBitCosNaming -lORBit -lIIOP -lORBitutil -lglib -lm -lbonobox
-rdynamic -lgnomeui -lart_lgpl -lgdk_imlib -lSM -lICE -lgtk -lgdk
-lgmodule -lXi -lXext -lX11 -lgnome -lgnomesupport -lesd -laudiofile -lm
-ldb1 -lglib -ldl -lgnome -lgnomesupport -lesd -laudiofile -lm -ldb1
-lglib -ldl -Wl,--rpath -Wl,/usr/local/lib
/usr/local/lib/libbonobox.so: undefined reference to
`bonobo_object_release_unref'
/usr/local/lib/libbonobox.so: undefined reference to
`bonobo_object_dup_ref'
/usr/local/lib/libbonobox.so: undefined reference to
`POA_Bonobo_Sizeable__init'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
bonobo and bonobox libs are installed, there were no complaints on
configure/make/make install of the
bonobo src.
huh?
