The reason it lists all of your files/folders is because Evolution
currently uses LIST (LSUB is the preferred method). By 1.0 we will be using
LSUB but until we have some way to (un)subscribe to folders, we need to use
LIST otherwise you wouldn't be able to see anything ;-)

This question wasn't answered, I think. I hate having several dozen
subdirectories (including
hidden ones) of my home dir listed in the IMAP folder list.
