I'm kinda having the same problem.  Basically, reguardless of whether or
not the don't delete mail option is turned on or off, this version of
evolution stopped deleting the messages from the server and/or it
stopped marking them as being read also.  However, unlike his second
problem, I do get a copy of every single message over again when the get
mail is clicked once again and everything works fine except that the
messages are not being removed.
