        can someone please tell me why there are no more scroll bars in
        the main window of Evolution

    For some people, Evolution isn't enlarging to the size it ought to
    be. Make the window a bit larger, and the scroll bar should show up.

I think it's either an EPaned bug or a Bonobo problem.  It has been
Bugzilla'ed already.
