[Evolution] evo startup problem

hi to everyone,
i successfully installed evo...
when starting it it comes up with a window and a menubar, nothing else
no chance to see something like it should look like
installation of the rpms have the same rsult.
i am using suse 7.0

any ideas out there?!?
