Maybe you could try to have a look at the conversation between
Evolution and Exchange; the program Ethereal is a powerful tool to do
such things.


You can also do:

        killev
        CAMEL_VERBOSE_DEBUG=1 evolution-mail

and wait a few seconds, and in another shell:
        evolution

and evolution-mail will log the IMAP conversation to stdout.
