[Evolution] upcoming gtkhtml-0.7 release

Hi all!

As gtkhtml-0.7 release is going to happen soon, I've created kill-showstoppers-for-0-7 branch.

This branch is meant for testing and fixing showstopper-bugs. If you like to help with 0.7 release, please checkout/update this branch from CVS and test it with CVS Evolution (there will be also some pre-release branch soon). You could checkout it from CVS like
>     cvs checkout -r kill-showstoppers-for-0-7 gtkhtml
or update in gtkhtml directory like this
>     cvs update -r kill-showstoppers-for-0-7
Also don't commit any new features to this branch, use HEAD instead. Thanks.
