[Evolution] Where do feature requests go?

Hello,
 I am interested in suggesting a few features but I do not know where to
put them and wether or not they are planned.
I apologize if they are forthcoming..

An indication of what folders have new mail in them and a number to
indicate # of messages. 
Ability to add addresses to contacts from clicking on corresponding
address in email. 
And how do you delete a folder?
