[Evolution] bad chars

Hi !

I just realized something: the bad chars displayed in Evolution are just
UTF-8 chars.
I mean: when someone send me a mail with the word:

Début

I see instead in evolution:

DÃ©but

which is the UTF-8 representation. The conversion to Latin-1 before display
didn't happen, apparently.
Does it help ?
