What encoding do the offending messages report?  (I.e. the charset=
field in the Content-Type header.)

j'ai demand=E9 a lou pour l'appareil photo.
il vends presque le meme que celui que tu as vu,
mais avec zoom.
il l'a achet=E9 7000f.
et le vend 5000f.
