[Evolution] Cannot open location ...

Hey guys,
  I've grabbed the latest cvs version of evolution and I'm still getting
the same "Cannot open location: evolution:/local/Inbox" and the equivalent
for all the folders.  However, in this version, I'm actually getting an
error message at the console prompt which says the following:

I get the feeling that this means I was suppose to have installed
something and that I didn't quite do it correctly but I have no clue as to
what that might be.  If someone could help me out here I would greatly
appreciate it.
