[Evolution] Another Evolution Manual Draft

Hello friends,

I've posted another Evolution manual draft, and although it's still
without screenshots, it's a few steps closer to describing what
Evolution will eventually become.

As usual, comments and requests and revisions are appreciated and
requested.

I also haven't checked it into CVS yet, since it's really not useful as
help for v. 0.0.  However, I'll be doing so in the next while.
