[Evolution] mbox

Yay, so mbox now does things in the summary until you expunge
and then saves the xev header and so on.  Hmm, just like
netscape, oddly enough.

Hmm, so is this:

Oh well.

Anyway its about as fast as its going to be on new/changed
mbox's, and i also hope it is very robust as well, if
anyone has messages which crash the parser, please let
me know asap.

Now just a bunch of memleaks to go *sigh*
