[Evolution] Evolution User's Guide update

Hello all,

The Evolution User's Guide , version 0.2 (or something to that effect)
is now available at http://primates.helixcode.com/~aaron
It's got a lot of "INSERT CONTENT HERE" notes in it but I think it's
moving along nicely.  It'll be changing frequently and quickly, but if
anyone has major structural, content/topic or similar suggestions (not
spelling or grammar at this point, thanks) I'd love to hear them.
