easy to cancel a directory copy and have an unusable evolution.
- Moving around in one file is quicker than opening, locking and closing
a few different files.

Nautilus you could just double-click to see what's inside.
I think this is a silly thread. It reminds me of those found on
gnome-gui-list every now and then. Isn't there someone with a bit of
authority that can just say: "This is how it's going to be done."?
