[Evolution] Building (oaf)

Hi, I think I have everything to build evolution (I built it previously
successfully), but now when I try to build oaf, I get the following
error:

can anyone shed any light? (Have I stupidly forgottensomething? I have
helixgnome 1.2 installed with devel packages as well)
